Before Tuesday’s clash in Madrid, Arsenal legend Henry shared a brief conversation with compatriot Mbappé, jokingly wishing the Real Madrid forward would have an uneventful evening at the Emirates.

He said on CBS Sports: “It’s always massive respect when I see Kylian Mbappe, we both went to Clairefontaine (a famous French football academy). Tonight he is playing the team that I love the most in the world. I don’t wish anything bad on him but tonight I said to him, ‘Please, I don’t want to see you’.”
