1. Who we are and what we offer

SportPredictPro is operated by [Operator name], [Registered address] (“we”). SportPredictPro is an information service that publishes statistical estimates about sports betting markets. We are not a bookmaker or gambling operator: we do not accept bets or stakes, pay out winnings, or hold player funds. We receive no payment from bookmakers. Members can also save bets to a personal list (“My bets”), keep a betting journal with spending limits, and discuss matches in the match chat.

2. No advice, no guarantee

Everything we publish — probabilities, value signals, confidence labels, explanations and track records — is indicative information generated automatically by a statistical model. It is not betting, financial or investment advice, and it is often wrong. We do not promise or imply any profit. Past results do not predict future results. You decide whether to bet, with whom and how much, and you bear the outcome.

3. Who may use SportPredictPro

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher (for example 21 in Greece).
• You must live in a country where we offer the service (EU, EEA and Switzerland, except any country we exclude).
• You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws that apply to you; information about betting markets does not make betting lawful where it is not.
• One account per person. Keep your password secret.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro costs €9.90 per month or €89 per year, including VAT, paid in advance via our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account with the “Cancel subscription” button; Pro then remains active until the end of the period already paid. We will tell you in advance about any price change, and you may cancel before it applies.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of concluding it, without giving reasons, using the online withdrawal function (“Withdraw from contract here”) or by email to [contact email]. Because you asked for Pro to start immediately, you pay for the service provided until you withdraw: we refund the amount paid minus a share for the days already used (Art. 14(3) Directive 2011/83/EU), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the original payment method.

6. Fair use

• SportPredictPro is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not resell, republish or redistribute our signals or data.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe or circumvent the access controls of the service.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where reasonable.
• In the community you are responsible for what you post and must follow the community rules. We may hold or remove posts and suspend posting; we tell you why and you can ask us to review the decision. You keep the rights to your posts and allow us to show them in the service.

7. Your bets and records

• “My bets” and the betting journal are your personal notes. Saving a bet or marking it as played does not place a bet with anyone: we never pass bets, stakes or personal data to bookmakers.
• The chance and odds shown when you save a bet are a snapshot; bookmakers’ prices change and may differ from what you can get.
• We settle saved bets and linked journal entries automatically from the result data we receive. That data can be late or wrong: your bookmaker’s settlement is what counts, and you can correct any result yourself.
• Played bets count towards the monthly spending limit you set; the limit is a reminder, not a block on your betting elsewhere.
• Your records are private, and they are deleted with your account.

8. Data and third-party content

Odds, fixtures and results come from third-party data providers; team logos and player photos from a community-maintained database. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and team names and images belong to their owners. The site is offered in several languages; translations are provided for convenience, and texts members write in the match chat are their own.

9. Responsible gambling

You can hide all predictions for a chosen period with “Take a break”. A break cannot be shortened. If you tell us you have a gambling problem, we will close your account on request and refund any unused paid period.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but may interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (for example data provider outages). We may change these terms for valid reasons; we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this type of contract. We are not liable for betting losses, which result from your own decisions.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
